The Original Stroller Group Australia’s longest running Post natal exercise for mums with Bubs

The “Original” Stroller Group has been running with the Active and Healthy program since 2005. Mother’s of the Gold Coast have been enjoying this outdoor exercise program, not only with their first child, but with up to 3 or 4 children later. The class provides a fun, supportive, nurturing and motivating environment for Mother and their babies while returning to their pre baby weight or better, ma

king friends along the way. Classes running at present are

Monday 9.00am private studio
Tuesday 9.00am North Burleigh
Wednesday 9.00am Schuster park
Thursday 9.00am Varsity Lakes
Friday 9.00am 2nd Ave Burleigh

All classes involve exercises that improve cardio fitness, posture strengthening, core stability, fat burning and pelvic floor work. The use of bands, medicine balls, boxing mitts, own body resistance as well as the natural terrain are all part of the training sessions.
