Beginner class at Macks Muay Thai building it from the ground up 🥊

You can see it in this photo — focus, effort, a few “wait… which hand , which leg?” moments 😂 — but that’s exactly how progress is made.

We don’t throw you in the deep end.
We teach you the foundations properly so you actually understand what you’re doing.

Balance.
