MM Health and Fitness Classes for Kids Run Club

MM Health and Fitness Classes for Kids Run Club MM HFC for Kids Running Club is a fun running club for children. Run Club teaches children how to run more efficiently. The Tuesday session is for children K-3.

Each session includes a warm up, interval training, a running challenge, fun games and stretching. The Thursday session is for children 3-6. Running Club is held during NSW school terms.

Location: Elmslea ponds
Cost: $100/term. Active Kids vouchers accepted.
I will meet the kids after school at BPS and walk to the ponds.

Running Club returns in Term 2 on Tue 2 May - 20 Jun 23.
This class caters for all primary school aged children. Classes are held at the Elmslea ponds 3.30-4.30pm.
Cost is $100/term. Active Kids Vouchers accepted.

Running Club is returning to Bungendore in Term 1, 2023.
I am looking at running a class on Tuesdays after school 3.30-4.30pm for Kinder - year 3. The sessions aim to teach children that running, and fitness can be fun.
Active Kids vouchers are accepted.

There will only be one session per week which will cater for Years 2-6.
Cost for the term is $100.

The last session of running club for the term is a duathlon.
We will be riding laps on the bike around the ponds and running laps around the oval.
Please bring a bike, helmet and drink bottle to finish off a great term of running club on Tue 22 & Thu 24 Sep. 🚴‍♀️🚴🏃‍♀️🏃
