This week was retesting week at Sovereign Athletic!

We’re looking back at where we started and celebrating how far we have come.

Shout out to Steph absolutely nailing this 97.5kg squat for 3RM. Seeing all of our members improving and smash their week 1 effort is what it’s all about.

SkiErg technique, pacing, strategy, and what to expect.

My job as a coach is to educate and support my members, so when race day comes they can make smart decisions under pressure. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, communication is key, the athletes who listen, have the ability to adapt and stay composed are the ones who save time when it matters most.

Good cues. Smart decisions. Better outcomes.

I personally hate being in front of the lens, but I do love to ramble, and have an excellent ski dismount technique 🤣

Bungendore, we love the engagement from everyone so far!

After a strong response from the community, we’ve been working closely behind the scenes on what’s next.

We’re now actively working towards bringing the Sovereign Athletic (SVGN) 24/7 gym to Bungendore. Built on the same standards, structure, and approach we’re known for.

This isn’t about just opening a space.
It’s about building something with purpose.

A place where people train with intent, standards are consistent, and showing up becomes part of the routine that you enjoy.
