Store Manager – Bike Shop | Full-Time | Cairns City
Are you passionate about bikes and ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Store Manager to help lead the team at My Ride Cairns and keep the shop running smoothly. If you have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a solid understanding of bike sales and service, we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role:
As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high customer service standards, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. You’ll work closely the team to ensure everything runs efficiently while creating a welcoming space for cyclists of all levels.
What We’re Looking For:
🚴 Retail & sales experience – preferably in a bike shop, but not essential for the right candidate.
🔧 Bike knowledge – mechanical experience is a plus, but a strong passion for cycling is key.
👥 Leadership skills – the ability to manage and motivate a team.
💬 Customer-first mindset – delivering a great experience is what we’re all about.
📅 Weekend availability – we’re open 7 days, so flexibility is a plus.
