To be "Trained for LIFE" means to turn up. Thankyou to everyone who has turned up for us since we opened our doors at Train for LIFE.

We (Sim & Lach) are grateful for your participation and your friendship. Your never-ending support and encouragement through many challenges and changes over recent years have been the fuel for our fire. More importantly, we are grateful for the energy, enthusiasm, and participation you brought with you to Train for LIFE and most of all for your TRUST. Your trust in us made Train for LIFE possible and freed us to be curious and creative in our solutions. If you have been a part of our journey, know that we are grateful to you for this, and thank YOU.

Felix and Ziggy are grateful for what you have helped me to become for them - a resilient, patient, strong, capable and fearless mum... AROO!!.

We have now closed the doors to Train for LIFE. You guys have got this. You are trained, you know how to train, and you know how to find us if you have questions.

The future is a blank canvas. Going forward some things are known and some things are ... a mystery ... we do know it is time to spread our butterfly wings!

If you find yourself with some spare time today, then perhaps it’s a perfect day to make a plan.

Here’s some thought starters for you.

From Monday 9 January all classes will be back on the schedule - renewed and renamed …

7am Mon / Fri & 6:30am Wed Strong & Fit (Small Group Training)
6:50am Thur - Stretch & Balance (Pilates ++)
9:45am Sat - Chi (Tai Chi / Qigong / Mulan Quan)
10:50 Sat - Chair Based Exercise (SCIPA)

We have limited availability for personal training on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays … please call or message to find out more.

If PT and group classes aren’t your thing then we recommend a daily dose of walking 30 minutes; sit to stand squats every day - at least 10; and for the keen beans start to rack up your burpees. 1 today and build up by adding an extra 1 every day. By the end of the month you’ll be at 31/day … and from there, anything is possible!!
