We’re looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team in a casual role (30–35 hours per week).
We’re a community-focused bike shop that values great customer service, strong teamwork, and creating a welcoming environment for every rider...From everyday cyclists to performance-focused riders.
This role includes:
• Customer service & sales.
• Workshop support.
• Basic bike repairs and bike builds.
• Store presentation and organisation.
• Helping customers find the right products and solutions.
What we’re looking for:
• Fluent English communication.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and hard-working personality.
• Confidence speaking with customers.
• Passion for cycling and the bike industry.
• Some bike or performance cycling knowledge preferred.
Most importantly, we want someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and wants to grow within the industry long-term.
