📣WE ARE SEEKING A JUNIOR CO-ORDINATOR

Bundoora Cricket Club is looking for an enthusiastic and community-minded person to help lead and support our thriving junior program.

This volunteer role is an opportunity to make a genuine impact on the next generation of cricketers by helping create a positive, inclusive and enjoyable environment for our young players and their families. The role is well supported by our Senior players, coaches and Club Committee, ensuring you have plenty of assistance and guidance along the way.

Whether you’re a current cricket parent, former player, volunteer, or simply someone who loves community sport, we’d love to hear from you.

The Junior Co-ordinator plays an important role in:
🏏 Supporting junior teams and families
🏏 Assisting with registrations and player development
🏏 Building connections across the club
🏏 Promoting a safe and welcoming environment
🏏 Helping shape the future of Bundoora Cricket Club

We’re delighted to welcome Harkaran Gujral back to the club for the upcoming season.

Harkaran is a highly attacking right-handed top-order batsman who has the ability to put the opposition under pressure from the very first ball. He is a versatile player who can also contribute with the ball and is a very capable wicketkeeper. Add to that his outstanding fielding, and he brings quality to every aspect of the game.

Just as importantly, Harkaran was fantastic off the field, always willing to help with our junior program and contribute to the club culture.

On behalf of everyone at the club, we warmly welcome Harkaran back and look forward to what promises to be an exciting season ahead. We can’t wait to see the impact he’ll have both on and off the field.

We’re delighted to welcome Thilina Herath to the club for the upcoming season.

Thilina brings a wealth of experience, having played cricket in the Diamond Valley competition for the past seven years. He is a quality left-handed top to middle-order batsman who understands the game situation and has the ability to adapt accordingly. Whether it’s building an innings and rotating the strike or increasing the scoring rate when required, Thilina has the versatility to play both roles effectively.

With the ball, he is a right-arm off-spinner who prides himself on control and consistency. He can build pressure through tight bowling while also possessing the ability to attack and take wickets when the opportunity arises.

It’s great to add another genuine all-round cricketer to our playing group. Just as importantly, Thilina’s experience and knowledge of the game will be a valuable asset around the club, both on and off the field.

We look forward to seeing Thilina in club colours this season and are excited about the contribution he’ll make to the group.

We’re delighted to welcome Sai Maniveer Dhulipudi to the club for the upcoming season.

Mani is a quality all-rounder who brings plenty of value to the side in all facets of the game.

With the bat, Mani is a right-handed batsman with a well-rounded game. He is capable of working the ball into gaps and building an innings, while also possessing the power and attacking intent to accelerate the scoring when required. His ability to adapt to different match situations makes him a dangerous player at the crease.

With the ball, Mani is a right-arm fast-medium bowler who relies on his inswing and attacks the stumps consistently. He builds pressure through disciplined line and length while always looking to take wickets and make an impact for his team.

Above all, Mani is a team-first player who competes hard and is willing to contribute wherever needed for the success of the side. His attitude and commitment make him a great addition both on and off the field.

We are excited to welcome Mani to the club and look forward to seeing the impact he will make throughout the season.

From preparing grounds, scoring games, coaching teams, helping in the kitchen and bar, organising events, volunteering behind the scenes and supporting our players week in, week out — our club simply couldn’t do it without you.
