🏆 SEMI FINAL RESULTS - 45s INTO A GRAND FINAL! 🏆

Big weekend at Diamond Valley Superules!

Our 45s were in control all day, running out comfortable winners over Williamstown 98 (15.8) to 32 (4.8) — a dominant team performance from start to finish. 👏

Our 50s were gallant against Essendon, falling just six points short (55 to 49) despite being undermanned. Great effort given the circumstances — proud of the fight the team showed. 💪

🚨 GRAND FINAL BOUND! 🚨
Our 45s have booked their spot in the Grand Final against Geelong on Sunday 13 September! Further details to come.

This is a huge achievement and we want the whole Diamond Valley community behind them — players, families, sponsors, everyone. Get around them, spread the word, and let's have the biggest turnout of the year on Grand Final day! 🖤🤍

And in the meantime — the boys still need us at training! Come down and have a run with them to help them prepare for the big one.

What a way to finish the season! 🔥🖤🤍

Congratulations to our Diamond Valley 55s, who have finished the season UNDEFEATED and as CHAMPIONS! 🏆

Sunday’s final game against Peninsula Raiders was a real arm wrestle from start to finish. The Raiders came out firing and held the lead early, but our boys refused to let go. 💪

Quarter by quarter, the 55s fought their way back:

⚡ Q1: Peninsula 26 – DV 18
⚡ Q2: Peninsula 27 – DV 44
⚡ Q3: Peninsula 41 – DV 50
🏆 FINAL: Diamond Valley 51 def. Peninsula 48

A 3-point thriller to cap off a phenomenal season!

🏆 55s — ROUND 10 THIS SUNDAY 🏆

This Sunday, it all comes down to this.

The Diamond Valley 55s take on Peninsula 55s in the final round — 1st vs 2nd and, effectively, a Grand Final! The league has used their crystal ball magnificently to set up a cracking final round.

The boys have been outstanding all season and remain UNDEFEATED, coming against Peninsula Raiders Superules Football Club who's only blemish this season was a draw.

🏆 ROUND 10 WRAP — WHAT A WAY TO FINISH! 🏆

What a fantastic final round for Diamond Valley Superules, with all four sides finishing the season with a win! 🖤🤍

⚫ 35s — 108 to 22 WIN
A dominant performance to finish with 5 wins and 5 losses. We missed finals by just one win, but in Coach Phill’s first year, with so many new faces, this has been a tremendous result. Plenty to be proud of!
⚫ 45s — 91 to 63 WIN
A hard-fought win over a gritty Brunswick sees the 45s finish 2nd on the ladder and book a semi-final against Williamstown. Bring on W***y! 💪
⚫ 50s — 64 to 38 WIN
A strong finish to the season sees the 50s secure 3rd place. They will play Essendon in the semi-final!
⚫ 60s — 70 to 27 WIN
A fantastic way to close out their season with another impressive win. Four wins and the single loss in their inaugural season. Well done, boys! 👏

And a massive THANK YOU to everyone who helped make Family Day such a great success. ❤️

To our volunteers, everyone who helped set up and pack up, ran the BBQ and bar, organised the kids’ activities, pitched in wherever needed, and everyone who came down to support the club — you’re all legends!
