Today we recognise and celebrate the incredible women who are part of our Bundanoon Cricket community. 🏏💛

To the women who pull on the uniform and take the field for Bundanoon Cricket – your passion, determination and love of the game help grow our club and inspire the next generation of players.

But today is also about the women behind the scenes – the mums, sisters, aunts, grandmothers, partners and friends who drive to games, wash uniforms, cheer from the sidelines and support our players week in and week out. Your encouragement, time and dedication are a huge part of what makes our club such a special place.

Cricket clubs are built on community, and our community is stronger because of you.

Our 2nd graders had one to forget yesterday as the top order mastered the art of finding the middle of the bat and the middle of the fielders hands. The middle order showed some fight but some clever bowling had us in trouble....

With the rain rolling in the lads decided lets go for it , lets try defend 70 and ended their innings at drinks but the lightning and rain beat us to it.

We will now face mossvale next weekend for a spot in the GF vs robertson CC

With Saturday coming in quick we have another superstar performance to showcase…
Captain Dan Stirton is leading from the front with the bat!

671 runs in 14 innings at a classy 56, striking at a rapid 150. With a top score of 110, plus 5 fifties and a century, the skipper is setting the tone every time he walks out. If only he could catch he would have taken out the fielding award by a country mile…

3 sleeps till game day !

Perfect time to give a shout out to the HDCA’s 2nd grade leading wicket taker for the 2025/26 season.

James Hughes - The man who gets less sleep than Steve Smith the night before a game but for completely unrelated reasons.

James started the year red hot and stayed consistent throughout the year taking 24 wickets at an average of 14 including a 6 wicket haul against our opponents this weekend.

James also chipped in well with the bat this year averaging a very handy 26.5. Enjoy those friday night beers and rip in on saturday!

Its major semi final week for our 2nd grade lads! This saturday we face minor premiers Robertson cricket club for a spot in the big dance! But before that lets look at some standout performances from the season so far....

Kicking it off with mr versatile and the ever reliable Connor Beveridge!

As well as been the younger of our 2 left arm quicks connor displayed his speed and agility in the field this season leading the 2nd grade competition with 9 dismissals. Congratulations Connor and we cant wait to see what you can do in the finals!
