Hi Q32 Pistol Sub Branch,

JUST A REMINDER!

THE Q32 Pistol Sub Branch ID SIGHTING and Q32 PISTOL SUB BRANCH RANGE PASS PAYMENT SET DATES FOR THIS WEEKEND, in which Q32 Pistol Sub Branch Members MUST ATTEND RANGE 2 (Pistol) is as follows:

THIS SATURDAY THE 20TH OF JUNE 2026 FROM 8AM TO 10.30AM (3RD SATURDAY OF THE MONTH).

THIS SUNDAY THE 21ST OF JUNE 2026 FROM 8AM TO 10.30AM (3RD SUNDAY OF THE MONTH).

Anyone that CANNOT ATTEND on these dates must contact us in early June to organise your ID sighting and your new Q32 Pistol Sub Branch Range Pass Payment.

As voted by the Members at The Q32 General Monthly Meeting in May the price of the Q32 Pistol Sub Branch Range Pass will be increasing from $250 to $260 for the 2026-2027 financial year.

As a Category H Licence Holder the onus is on you The Member to ensure that your Q32 Pistol Sub Branch Membership always remain compliant.

Anyone that has not updated their Sub Branch Membership by the 14th of July 2026 will unfortunately be included in The Q32 REQUIRED notification to Weapons Licencing advising of any Cat H Licence Holders who have chosen NOT to update their Q32 Pistol Sub Branch Membership.

Due to the Weapons Licencing requirement to notify them of ALL Category H Members that are not compliant with the Q32 20265 Pistol Sub Branch, We urge ALL members to make sure that your details and new Q32 Pistol Sub Branch Range Passes ARE UP TO DATE by the end of June 2026🙂

We are here to help anyone that needs help with paperwork or is going away. However we also need Q32 Pistol Sub Branch Members to work with us to make sure that by the end of June 2026 that everyone is compliant 🙂

Hard copies of both the Q32 Range Pass Applications and The Q32 Pistol Sub Branch forms will be available on the day for those needing to complete their paperwork at The Range.

If you have completed your requirements for the year then you can bring a copy of your participation card to The Sub Branch Days for Secretary Tania to record. If you have not completed your requirement before the Q32 Pistol Sub Branch Days, then you can email a copy of your participation card to Secretary Tania at the end of June 2026 🙂

We have attached a copy of the 2026-2027 Q32 Range Pass Application and The Q32 Pistol Sub Renewal Form for everyone.

Let us know if you have any questions as we commence our yearly Q32 Pistol Sub Branch Compliance Process 🙂

Please be advised that due to The Action Match Bundy Cup 2 that General Practice and PMH IS CANCELLED at The Q32 Pistol Range THIS SATURDAY THE 6th & SUNDAY THE 7th OF JUNE 2026 (The 1st Saturday & Sunday of the month).

In accordance with Q32 Range Standing Orders the Silhouette Range will also BE CLOSED THIS WEEKEND.

SINGLE ACTION & PRACTICAL SHOOTING & SPORTS PISTOL will PROCEED AS USUAL.

We have updated the Q32 Website and posted notifications to Facebook to advise Members of these changes.

HI Q32,

We are asking for Q32 Members and volunteers to help out with the upcoming Bundy Cup Action Match 2 Competition to be held at Range 2 (Pistol) THIS weekend of Saturday the 6th and Sunday the 7th of June 2026.

We urgently need a variety of volunteers who are able to jump in a lend a hand in following areas:

Range Officers
Scorers
Volunteers to help replace targets during the matches.
Kitchen and catering help to prepare burgers and the lunchtime meals on the Saturday and Sunday.

If you are able to spare a few hours over THIS weekend, please reach out and let us know asap 🙂

The usual 5th Saturday of the month Q32 Working Bee at The Q32 Rifle & Pistol Range IS ON TOMORROW THE 30TH OF MAY 2026.

Please be advised that due to the Q32 Working Bee THE Q32 RIFLE & PISTOL RANGE WILL BE CLOSED ON THIS DAY.

As we have a few tasks that we need to complete at both Ranges, we ask that if anyone is free to lend a hand from 8am onwards THIS SATURDAY THE 30TH OF MAY 2026, we would really appreciate your help and love to see you at The Q32 Working Bee.

The next Q32 General Monthly Meeting will be held at CUSTOMS BAR at 7.00PM THURSDAY NIGHT the 11TH OF JUNE 2026 at The Old Bundy Tavern. Entry to Customs Bar is from Tantitha Street.

We will have Customs Bar to ourselves so, please feel free to come earlier before the meeting to have a meal, drink or coffee with your fellow Q32 Members 🙂
