HI Q32,

Please be advised that the Q32 September General Monthly Meeting WILL BE POSTPONED FOR THE NEXT FEW WEEKS AS WE WORK TOWARDS THE Q32 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.

This postponement will also allow Members of the Q32 Executive Team to attend the SSAA QLD State Conference in Millmerran.

We will be back in contact once we have a concrete date from The Auditor with a time and date for the 2026/2027 Q32 Annual General Meeting.

We will also be emailing out the 2026/2027 Q32 Office Bearer Nomination Forms as soon as we have set the Q32 AGM date.

We advise that all current Q32 Members who also hold a current Working With Children (Blue Card) are able to be nominated for a position on The Q32 Executive Committee.

Please reach out to the Q32 Executive Team if you would like to contribute to the ongoing success of Q32 by being part of The Q32 Executive Committee 🙂

Thanks everyone for all of your hard work! We hear that the new target frames are amazing and ready to be put to the test 🙂

HI Q32 Pistol Sub Branch,

Please be advised that the Q32 Pistol Range will BE CLOSED THIS SATURDAY THE 29TH OF AUGUST 2026.

Whilst we usually have a working bee at both the Q32 Rifle & Pistol Range, this month we will be focusing our efforts on The Q32 RIFLE Range.

We are hoping that at the Q32 Rifle Range Working Bee that Members will bring their drills and lend a hand repairing and a few target frames.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this causes!

Hi Q32,

Please be advised that the Q32 RIFLE RANGE WILL BE CLOSED THIS SATURDAY THE 29TH OF AUGUST 2026 FOR THE Q32 WORKING BEE.

We need to do some work to repair target frames and other tasks around the Range.

We ask that is anyone is free to lend a hand from 8am onwards, then we would love to bring your DRILLS and to see you at The Q32 RIFLE RANGE.

As a thank you for your help, we will provide a BBQ lunch for anyone attending the Q32 Working Bee.

As the old saying goes... Many hands make light work 🙂

The Q32 Pistol Range will also BE CLOSED THIS SATURDAY THE 29th of August 2026, so we can focus our efforts at The Q32 Rifle Range.

Please be advised that due to Q32 hosting the State International Metallic Handgun Silhouette (IMHS)Competition and Range Standing Orders the Mover Range WILL BE CLOSED FROM TODAY UNTIL NEXT MONDAY THE 24TH OF AUGUST 2026.

We wish all Q32 Members attending a great State Comp 🙂

If you are unsure of where to go, please ask the Bar Staff in the Bistro area 🙂

Hi Q32,

Due to a request from The Old Bundy tavern, please be advised that the General Monthly Meeting may be moved from the Customs Bar to Sophies Bar (the small room near the bistro).

We understand that this is not ideal however we have been asked to possibly move rooms for the night.

Please check the Customs Bar first! If we are not in there, please head to the room named Sophies Bar. If you are unsure where you are going, please ask the Bar staff to direct you to the right place.

If we hear back from the Old Bundy today that we are definitely changing rooms...We will email everyone and post the notifications to Facebook 🙂

Hi Q32,

The next Q32 General Monthly Meeting will be held at CUSTOMS BAR at 7.00PM THURSDAY NIGHT the 13TH OF AUGIST 2026 at The Old Bundy Tavern. Entry to Customs Bar is from Tantitha Street.

We will have Customs Bar to ourselves so, please feel free to come earlier before the meeting to have a meal, drink or coffee with your fellow Q32 Members 🙂
