Hi there, Blood, Sweat & Beers Bundaberg 😁 Al here from BSB Brisbane!

We will be up in Bundy for a fleeting visit this weekend (reef trip all day Saturday, so unfortunately no parkrun), but would love to try and squeeze in a quick run early Sunday morning if anyone is keen / already planning one?

Please feel free to comment on this post and we'll try and co-ordinate something! I'll also bring up some BSB swag (don't get too excited, haha) to give away to encourage company for my run ;)

Mid-week evening runs every Monday and Wednesday, including a coached interval session and informal Sunday runs each week, plus ad hoc running, cycling, triathlon and social events. All welcome!

For those of you getting your parkrun fix tomorrow, will be heading to Southbank, there will be a good contingent at Lota and another batch that I know of (celebrating a 50 milestone!!!) at Minnippi 🤩🥳

Awesome work by today at the 7 Cairns Marathon Festival 🥳☀️🔥

Great work by Scott (pictured 😎👏🏻) and Tammy 👏🏻💪🏻

Also, a huge shout out to Scott for channelling "the BSB way" to the maximum ... when we were leaving, after about 5.5hrs, the marathon tail enders were still coming in and Scott was there cheering for them, determined to wait for the very last gentleman who was doing it tough in that heat!

Hi all and welcome to ! We have an awesome bunch of runners up in Bundaberg and they are growing steadily, so time to provide a separate space to post events, celebrate achievements and generally talk running ;)

For now (Al Lowson) in Brisbane will be the page admin, but with input and feedback from those on the ground in Bundy :)

Feel free to share with your friends who live / run in and around Bundaberg and look forward to growing the BSB community.

has been planning a Bundy trip and probably Bargara parkrun or Bundaberg parkrun for ... years?? ... now, so it will happen this year!!! Watch this space ;)
