Pilates 36 provides small, personalised Mat, Reformer and Equipment classes in a private boutique st Our 45 min Mat classes have a maximum of 10 clients.

Pilates 36 provides small, personalised classes in a private boutique studio. Allowing our instructors to provide individual attention. Our Reformer classes cater to a maximum of 5 people to create safe and effective classes. Our 45 min classes will allow you to build strength, increase your flexibility and develop an overall body transformation. Our 50 min Equipment classes have a maximum of 4 cl

ients per class. These classes provide each client with a personalised program. These classes are amazing as they can cater for injuries, prenatal, postnatal, older clients, beginners and advanced clients. Private Sessions

Are you wanting to implement Pilates into your weekly wellbeing routine but times or commitments sometimes make it impossible to organize or keep a regular routine.

We love our private sessions! Our clients are thriving in this environment.

Yes, Pilates is fantastic in a group setting but private sessions are a step up in many ways.

Our private clients range from 16 year olds to our older clients in their 80’s.

Benefits of Private Sessions
* Creating a time that suits you and you can change times every week.
* You can be at any standard or age as your program is designed specifically for you and what you need.
* You can be pregnant and continue Pilates through your entire pregnancy.
* If you have an injury or need rehabilitation after surgery.
* If you are complimenting another sport you do to help you excel more.
* If you are an older client that needs slow and careful movement.
* If you are a total beginner and want to learn the foundations and technique before transitioning to a group class.
* If you are an advanced client and you want to push to the next level.
* If you want to do a duo class.

Our private sessions are 30 mins long which is a great time frame when you are on your own and also makes it easier to put into your schedule. Our private sessions are $55 for the 30 mins and a duo sessions is $30 each for 30 mins.

Pilates in 2024!

We are back and ready to get everyone back on track after those Christmas goodies!

With only small classes we can cater easily to beginner and advanced Pilates. Reformer is the ultimate full body workout!

If you have an injury that needs extra attention, Equipment classes are designed especially to program clients individually. We can also design programs for the entirety of your pregnancy. Equipment is also perfect for advanced clients wanting that extra challenge.

Have you tried a Mat class? I personally love Pilates on the Mat. It’s a totally different challenge to the Reformer. It’s a great way to really learn the technique and become more aware of your body.

Did you know we offer Private sessions? These sessions are absolutely perfect for anyone! Clients with injuries or major concerns with their health that just need that one on one attention. Also, perfect for advanced clients that really want to step up into another level!

Happy New Year!

Can you believe we are in 2024!

I know this time of year everyone talks about New Year’s resolutions and some of you may think that it’s a waste of time but I think it really gives you a chance to reset.

To really sit down and ask yourself ‘what do I want’. What do you really want? Just for a moment forget about all your responsibilities and talking yourself out of things and really dig deep and find that fire.

It doesn’t have to be massive changes or changes you won’t be able to sustain. It’s the little things that you need to take notice of. The smallest of changes can make the biggest impact.

So really ask yourself what you want out of life and if the answer is ‘I don’t know’ then dig deeper. Everything we desire is already waiting inside of us but sometimes the fear of what people may think will block you even considering your desires and passion.
Do you think you can push through the fear to find out what your ultimate life is.
