A big thank you to our Head BJJ Coach, Dave Smith for running a fun and informative seminar for our Women's BJJ team on Friday night.

The ladies had a great time, picked up some valuable techniques, and enjoyed learning from one of the best. We're also incredibly proud of this group for the consistency and commitment
they bring to training week after week on Friday nights.

We had a Sparring day/ interclub over the weekend. Well done to everyone who put there name down and did there best on the day. We all learn something we need to work on. Weather it be pyshically or mentally. Thank you to Marcus and the team for putting on the event. A big thank you to Hunter Wilson for stepping up so one of our guys could have a go.

Congratulations to all of the kids who levelled up at yesterday's BJJ Grading! 🥋
We are very proud of the hard work and commitment these kids put in to class each and every week. A huge thank you to the all of the parents and carers for making it possible for the kids to get to classes each week. Thank you to Elisha, Alex, Naim, Becca, Amber, Nathan and Lucy for your help on the mats, and thank you to our head BJJ Coach and Professor, Dave Smith for your continued teaching, guidance and dedication.
