Me losing weight and working as much as I have been is my own personal journey and something I wanted to do for me, not that I had to do ….There was never a time I wasn’t happy because I’ve always been happy! 💖 Not saying I don’t look at myself and think wow what a change but also I look at myself and see me being a lot more healthier and happier than ever! Hey team, 🙂

Thanks to those who have submitted your covid certificates to us already, your access has been processed for after hours usage. 👍

There is still time for those who want to train after midnight on the 31st. Get your certificates to us before 6pm Sunday via email and we will do a last check/process. Alternatively come see us during office hours (1030-630) and show your certificate to myself or Billy so we can process you then.

Billy and I have been working really hard to make this process as easy as possible for you guys. We want to thank our members for your patience during these crazy times we know wearing a mask/mandatory vaccinations arnt ideal for everyone but let's continue to keep each other and our gym safe and clean.
