Barre is back for 2026 The Yoga Collab

Wednesday 14th, 21st and 28th January @ 5:15pm. $15 per class.

Term 1 begins Wednesday 4th February @ 5:15pm for a 9 week term.
$15 per class or $121.50 for the term.

Looking forward to seeing my lovely regulars and some new faces!

Term 4 begins tomorrow at 8am.
Why do barre?
•It’s fun. Exercising with others keeps us coming back and builds connections with others.
•It builds strength. As we age we need to consciously keep working on maintaining our muscle strength so we can keep active and live well.
•It helps with coordination and balance. Keeping our minds active and improving our balance are important as we age.
And it’s all low impact.
I have received wonderful feedback from the lovely ladies who attend my class saying how much they enjoy coming.
$15 for a casual class if you’d like to give it a go.

I love teaching my classes because the ladies are so much fun to hang out with.
Thanks ladies for making exercise more fun!
Holiday classes
I’ll be running a class this Wednesday 9th @ 5.30. I have some spots available.
I will also run a class on Saturday 19th @ 8am. Always spots on Saturday!

Term 3 begins Wednesday 23rd July.

Welcoming a couple of new faces but still room if you would like to try tomorrow or next week! Remember if you bring a friend to your first class they can do the class for free or you can split the cost.

Woo hoo!! Tonight’s class is fully booked and a couple of the ladies are bringing a friend for a half priced class.
