Tae Kwon Do - Skills 4 Life Hello, my name is Luke. I am in a unique position being both an independent support worker, as well as a martial arts instructor.

I have put together an all-inclusive hybrid program - Skills 4 Life. This program combines some of the traditional elements of martial arts with my knowledge and experience of support work, to create a very specialised program genuinely tailored to the individual. The program incorporates basic styles of martial arts, fitness and personalised attention for each participant, with targeted skills an

d techniques, based on individual capability. Skills 4 Life aims to enable all individuals to work on improving a wide range of core skills, including but not limited to:
• self-control
• self-discipline
• self-awareness
• self-defense
• confidence
• emotional regulation
• mental wellness
• co-ordination
• focus
• reaction times
• stress relief
• balance
• motor skills
• social skills
• community involvement

The program aims to build individual capacity, improve quality of life and increase confidence and independence. It is also a great way to incorporate necessary exercise, motivation, commitment and personal growth.
