Next week docking in port after a cruise in the Caribbean will be Blackbeards ship the Queen Anne's Revenge.

The galley has rustled up some grub to help the rum go down. Any time after 5pm. Dance with Rebound starting at 7.30pm.

Last night at the Commercial Club was a blast. As stunning meal in the diner, a great crowd of eager dancers and challenging lessons. It was a brilliant night and everyone was cranked to the max.

Congratulations to Richard and Jenny. Everyone reckons Richard has a nice soft butt in the progressive Jive.

Exciting news. The Commercial Club has decided to adopt a new fee structure for the 2026/2027 year.

Full membership will now be $35pp and pensioners $30pp.

This eliminates the joint membership proposal and fee structure between the CSRC and BRRC.

The BRRC will thus only have one class of membership at $35pp.

Equitable, affordable and great value for money. BRRC membership runs to December 2026. The CSRC membership expires in June 2026.

Fantastic night of vibrant dance: fast paced, energetic and challenging. Great group of people who enjoyed the thrill of moving to the fabulous rockabilly beat.

Note to self: put my running shoes on next week.
