Ok family, a few of you have asked and here it is! Our JULY SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMME – BOOKINGS NOW OPEN!

And just like that we are half way through the year and it’s school holiday time! Looking for a fun, hands-on school holiday activity your child will love?

Join us at the barn these July holidays for days filled with horses, ponies, riding, learning, confidence-building, outdoor adventures, and plenty of smiles, happiness & laughter!

Whether your child is a complete beginner or already a rider, our holiday programme provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where they can learn new skills, make friends, and create wonderful memories.

Well family term 2 is GALLOPING PAST! Who can believe we are almost in June!? We have been having so much fun out here at the stables and are enjoying the cooler weather changes! Check out some of what the past few weeks have looked like- loads of riding from our youngest mini equestrian who just turned 2 right up to our amazing fabulous adult riders! From homeschooling, back in the saddle, beginner riders, and a load of equine education there’s something for everyone out here at The Leading Rein! Looking forward to sharing more from the term with you all! ❤️🐴

Good morning & happy Monday family! We are ready for a fab term 2 ahead with all our wonderful riders & have SO many new and amazing things happening here at the stables! Lots of riding and learning planned this term! Can’t wait to see everyone over the next 11 weeks! ❤️🐴

And just like that the school holidays are nearly over! A little bit of the BTS of a huge two weeks out here at the stables! Loads of riding lessons, trail rides, mini equestrian experiences, birthday party, feeding the farm sessions, crafting, horsemanship, equine education and so much more! We have a massive term 2 coming up for all our riders, and can’t wait to share all we have planned for the next couple of months ahead with you all family! I will be doing a massive admin catch up over the next 2 days so if you are waiting on response from me I’ll be sure to chat with you asap! Have a beautiful day! ❤️🐴

Good morning family! Hope you are all having a wonderful week! My goodness we have gone from one extreme to the other with the weather in the past 7 days! We are keeping a very close eye on the unpredictability of the current weather forecast, but with the wet weather & wind rolling in, the majority of our lessons today/this weekend will be unmounted and all in the stables to keep our riders and horses safe.

But don’t worry — these sessions are just as important as riding! Riders will be building their knowledge, confidence, and skills through:
🐴Horse care & grooming
🐴Tack and gear knowledge
🐴Rider position & balance exercises
🐴Fun games and theory activities

Great riders of all ages aren’t just made in the saddle — they’re made in every moment spent learning!
