We thought we left the wet weather behind in Albany!!

What a 10 days it’s been since leaving home.
After selling the Modified in Esperance we headed across to Albany for the Modified National Title running our Production sedan.
We knew it would be a struggle for the Proddie to keep up with the big boys but Anthony went out and gave it his best.
Qualifying 7th in the B main only to do a handful of laps before retiring to the infield.
No damage done….. no tear offs left!

Congratulations to Jarrod, Luke Joel and Matt for making the podium and to all our WA boys that made the final.

A safe trip home to all the Eastern States drivers and their crews that made the trek over.

A massive Thank you to Gaje and Mick, Nuno and Cloee for pit crewing over the weekend. Also, Linda and Dave for their hospitality.
It was awesome catching up with old and new friends. This is what we love about the sport we do …. We race hard together, side by side and then we get to catch up afterwards over a few drinks and a bit of banter 😊

It will now be all systems go at our workshop over the next 3 days to get the car ready for Gaje to compete in this weekends Production National Title in Ellenbrook.

On the road to Albany after a big couple of days in Esperance.
Our weekend was a successful one with Gaje qualifying 5th for the A main Feature and driving the FG home to finish in 5th position behind three Eastern Staters and our very own WA36 Sam McAuley.
We are proud of the way Gaje drove and how respectful he is to us and the car we give him to drive. Well done mate 👌
We will now get the car ready in Albany this week for Anthony to contest the Modified Sedan National Title.
It might just be a Proddie engine but we will give it a good shot to at least try make the A main.

Gaje will be the only car in the Team contending the State Title here in Esperance tonight.

The #51 FGX has been sold and will be heading over the border to its new home next week.
It was a huge decision to make with the National Title being held next weekend in Albany but sometimes decisions need to be made when the timing is right.
We will enjoy pit crewing for Gaje tonight and then look forward to Anthony running the National in the FG in Albany next weekend.

Finally on the road towards Esperance for the Modified Sedans State Title this weekend.
A lot of hours have gone into the #51 FGX to get it ready for the State and National Modified Titles for the boys to then add to the work load deciding that Gaje would run the #15 FG Proddie in Esperance as well.
More hours and more $$ but what else would we spend our money on 🤷‍♀️🤭
We love what we do and couldn’t think of a better bunch of people to run these Titles with 🏁
Looking forward to some beers and banter with the boys from over East and our local drivers🍻
