Who is Aaron

Aaron has over 17 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, working with a wide range of people through group fitness, CrossFit, strength and conditioning, weight management, sports performance, and injury rehabilitation. He has also held leadership roles within the fitness industry, bringing a wealth of experience in coaching, mentoring, and building strong fitness communities.

Aaron’s coaching style is energetic, practical, and down-to-earth. He’s passionate about helping people move better, get stronger, and build confidence through training that’s challenging, supportive, and enjoyable, whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level.

Exciting news. Aaron will be joining us from August for our 5:15am and 6am sessions on tuesdays and wednesdays. Aaron has a wealth of knowledge in the fitness industry and we are extremely excited to welcome him to the team

Let Go • Receive • Reconnect

Give yourself an hour to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

✨ Let Go – 10 mins
Shake, move and dance to uplifting music, releasing tension and anything your body and mind no longer need to hold.

🌿 Receive – 15 mins
Gentle breathwork and spinal flow movements to calm the nervous system, improve mobility and invite ease into the body.

🎶 Reconnect – 30 mins
Allow yourself to be guided through a meditation and immersed in the healing vibrations of a sound bath, creating space for peace, harmony and deep restoration throughout your body, mind and spirit.
