It’s all about the little 1%s 💪

Join us for a special Squad Skills Workshop focusing on starts, turns, and underwater skills. These small technical details can make a BIG difference to your swimming 🚀

🗓️ Saturday, September 19th
⏱️ 9.00am - 10.30am
🏊Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Junior Squad swimmers

This session is designed for swimmers who are keen to sharpen their skills, improve their technique, and find those extra little gains that can help take their swimming to the next level.

Stick around after the workshop to enjoy a sausage sizzle with your fellow squad swimmers 🙌

Whether your swimmer wants to maintain their skills, fast-track their progression or sharpen their technique, we’ve got sessions to suit 💪

Week 1: September 21 - 25
Week 2: September 28 - October 2
🏊 Learn to Swim + Squad sessions
💥 Limited private sessions available
*All lessons are during weekday mornings*

SQUADS 🏅
Please note that Dolphin & Gold squads will run from 6am - 8am, and Silver & Bronze squads from 8am - 9am each weekday morning.

‼️This is our busiest holiday program, and sessions are expected to fill quickly. Don’t miss out on your preferred days and times!

Q&A with our very own Paralympic Champion - Part 1!

We caught up with Callum Simpson for a quick Q&A ahead of his next big challenge 🙌

Callum will be representing Australia at the Para Pan Pacific Swimming Championships in Walnut, California, from August 28-30 🇦🇺

You can catch Callum in his 3 main events spread across the 3 days of racing:

🏊 Day 1: 100m Freestyle
🏊 Day 2: 400m Freestyle
🏊 Day 3: 200m Individual Medley

And you can stream all the action via the Swimming Australia page!
Heats: 9.30am local time / 2.30am next day AEST
Finals: 5.30pm local time / 10.30am next day AEST

From the entire FAA Community, we would like to wish all of our Australian swimmers the very best as the 2026 Commonwealth Games get underway in Glasgow today! 🌎🏊

We’re especially excited to watch our incredible Dolphins take on the world and proudly represent the Green and Gold. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment have inspired swimmers of all ages, and we will most definitely be cheering you on every step of the way! 💚💛

If you are keen to watch our Aussie swimmers in action, you can catch all the swimming live and free on 7plus. Swimming heats begin from 7:30 pm AEST, with the semi-finals and finals session starting from 4:00 am AEST!
