This October, I’m taking on Healthy Harold’s Hero Hundred doing 120 squats a day for 31 days to help stop bullying in its tracks.

I’m fundraising for Life Ed Qld, the legends behind Healthy Harold, to help deliver evidence-based bullying prevention and support that give kids the tools to feel safe, strong, and supported online, at school, and in life.
