Not exercise related but of interest. First photo is of Muffler factory with the Ginger factory (now Woolies) in the background. Bit different running around these streets now. Times have changed crew.

This October, I’m taking on Healthy Harold’s Hero Hundred doing 120 squats a day for 31 days to help stop bullying in its tracks.

I’m fundraising for Life Ed Qld, the legends behind Healthy Harold, to help deliver evidence-based bullying prevention and support that give kids the tools to feel safe, strong, and supported online, at school, and in life.
