A HUGE shout out to my PT client Margret who has lost 7.5kg .To say I am so PROUD of her achievements is an understatement.
Through Healthy Eating and My Exercise program she has inspired all of us.

If you want to lose weight, it doesn’t mean limiting yourself to only two meals & salads on a daily basis. It means you have to eat smart and do exercise that suits you!
