I have successfully been working within the fitness industry since 2007 helping thousands of people transform their health & fitness through my proven training methods and health advice. Throughout my time as a personal trainer, I have gained the experience to listen & provide the tools to exchange your goals and make them a reality. My main areas of focus are widespread however my focus is overal

l body transformations while promoting fat loss and increases in lean muscle mass all while creating a training plan that is realistic to your current lifestyle. Your sessions with me will always be fun yet challenging, as I introduce the tools & then we implement them together to head down the direction to ticking off multiple achievements during your journey. I work alongside both females & males to assist in creating new routines, with new habits which include higher energy levels, less stress & a more enjoyable health lifestyle which is most importantly, maintainable. I am currently recognised as one of Anytime Fitness Australia’s Top Trainers and Head Trainer on the AF Health Hub, an online portal for over 150,000 Australians with daily workout videos, mindset tips and nutritional advice. 1. Take him on a “yes day”
One full day where he picks everything (within reason).
You’ll learn so much about who he is

2. Teach him something you’re good at
Cooking, fixing things, budgeting, confidence - pass down a real-life skill.
Ask him who he would like to become when he grows up.

3. Create a tradition that’s just yours.
Weekly ice cream runs, Sunday walks, late-night talks - consistency builds closeness.

4. Let him see you be human.
Apologize when you’re wrong. Show emotions.
Teach him vulnerability isn’t weakness.

5. Do something he loves even if you’re bad at it.
Gaming, sports, anime, music - being present matters more than being cool.

6. Tell him your life stories (even the messy ones)
Your mistakes become his guidance.

7. Compliment his character, not just his achievements
“You’re kind.” “You’re thoughtful.” That sticks forever.

8. Take photos and videos together (even if you hate how you look)
One day, those will be priceless to both of you.

9. Teach your son how to cook.
We need our boys to be great providers and know how to take care of a woman.

Everything you do and teach your son now will determine how he treats his family when he gets older. So lead by example, because you’re not just raising a boy. You’re raising a future generation.
