😣 Yep, it’s changing. But definitely for the better.

For those that is LinkedIn as part of their business content strategy, here’s the highlights.

LinkedIn is rewarding content that gives you one thing: quality. And it’s measuring it by looking for content doing these 3 Cs.

While it’s partly a selfish act (they are a social media platform, duh), this shift is also being driven by the community’s need for authentic, real connections and conversations.

💥 IT and Tech: watch out!

Last month’s Career Kickstarter event brought together hundreds of new faces looking to make their mark on the sector.

But the event wasn’t just about creating a circle of support for the journey. It gave graduates, juniors and mid-career changers the opportunity to network, learn and grow from experts and industry leaders.

And had the honour of working alongside the event’s other amazing coaches to talk about all things LinkedIn and personal branding.

Thank you to Her Tech Circle for organising such an amazing event and to for hosting us all! We loved giving back to the sector and supporting more women entering Tech and IT.

We can’t wait for the next one!

The AML / CTF changes seem to be the ONLY thing our financial clients are talking about at the moment. And for good reason!

But here’s where it often goes wrong when it comes to industry changes: You’re great at telling the WHAT but not about the WHY and using it strategically to strengthen your customer relationships.

… and we’re not just saying this. We work with financial services and know this first hand!

While everyone is talking about the change, a blog post or new email blast is the basics …

To take it to the next level, think about:
🤔 Education tools to help assess their operations
🤔 FAQs and cheat sheets frontline staff and use for customer questions
🤔 Webinars or on-demand content
🤔 Ways to reengage old clients that will be impacted
🤔 What information you could provide from now until 1 July (and beyond)

The fact is, the new industries impacted will be looking for information. And if their current advisor or accountant isn’t doing a good job taking them on that journey and helping them with the transition — and you have content that makes the journey simple — you have the opportunity to position yourself as the person they need to be compliant.

While fear of non-compliance can be a powerful tool, it’s those that take customers on the journey and make the new regulations easy that will be the winners.
