Conditioning apparent one week out from
Bringing in my best self from the last competition.
12 kg heavier and much more lean muscle and tapper.
Trained myself differently this time around and really strived to change my body shape.
I listened to a podcast from and and the description of me, spoken about by these two amazing humans, was my deltas where absolutely stunning , and extremely conditioned and my tapper for a white girl was friggen awesome, that is only black girl genetics... Really took the critic on board and my now focus is on my weaknesses..
Bring on another killer off season.. It just drives me to be even better!!!
