I’ve know so many people in my network who are embarking on brave new things in 2026.

✨ New careers.
✨ Further study.
✨ Major life shifts.
✨ Business growth.

And as we reach the end of January, a common theme is emerging.
The excitement of a new year is starting to wear off.

And what’s replacing it? That creeping sense of doubt.
The slowness. The anxiety about how we’ll actually make our big goals happen.
The feeling of “I don’t even know where to begin.”

If that’s you — I want to offer this gentle reminder:
👏🏽 It takes courage to try something new. 👏🏽

That’s the mantra I’m holding close this year too.
Because I’m in the thick of it!

In 2026, I’m embarking on new territory myself:

😱 Getting my first book out of draft and into the world
😱 Finally stepping fully into content creation and visibility
😱 Launching my new online learning platform
😱 Taking on more MC-ing, conference speaking, and live hosting work
😱 And scaling my business in bold and beautiful ways

None of it feels guaranteed; all of it feels overwhelming!

So if you’re in the same boat - trying something unfamiliar, stretching into the next version of yourself... I see you.

You’re not behind, you’re not failing.

I started 2025 lying in bed, unable to walk.
Recovering from a full ankle reconstruction, and missing the work I love.

I thought 2025 would be a quiet one. Slower pace.
Focussing on my physiotherapy, relearning how to walk completely.

But the moment I returned to work?
It turned out to be one of the most intense and fulfilling years of my career.
(And after 14 years of doing this? That's a *great* feeling!)

In 2025, I coached over 2,000 people across executive coaching programs, team retreats, and leadership intensives.

I got to work with some of the most respected organisations in the region.

While many partnerships remain confidential, I can share some of the kinds of clients I had the privilege to support:

In 2025, I got to connect with so many new people! And so, as we start 2026... I thought - let’s say hello 👋 and re-introduce ourselves.

My work includes executive coaching, leadership retreats, and capability development for organisations.

I also deliver keynotes, public talks, and conference hosting.
(And after a strong 2025 on stages, I’m expanding this work further!)

People often ask why I named my business The Invincible Co.

Invincibility is usually associated with grit and hard work. But to me, it’s not about pushing harder.

It is about knowing how to stand with confidence and clarity.

I’ve seen this across years of work with leaders.

The gap between skills expertise and executive presence matters.
It shapes how we speak, lead, and show up.

The Invincible Co. exists to close that gap.

I help leaders and teams build executive presence, communication skills, and leadership capability.

These are not personality traits.
They are learnable skills.

This year, I’m also committing to sharing more about these skills right here.

Because clarity grows when we talk about it.
Leadership strengthens when it’s named.

Beyond excited to share that I’ll be MC-ing a room all afternoon tomorrow at BRIDGE Summit in Abu Dhabi! This is the world’s largest media event with 60k+ people attending, speaking and sharing!

I’ll also be moderating a panel - “Fighting for Depth in a Shallow Media World”. A topic so close to my heart and with some amazing panelists.

A few weeks ago, held our annual signature event - Taste of Australia. A brilliant night showcasing the best of Australia, and we were even fully sold out of tickets!

It was truly wonderful being on the events team for this event, and always especially fun MC-ing the night - it’s nice having a different experience from my day job whilst still using my public speaking skills!

On International Women’s Day, we honor us—the women who carry, create, build, and lead.

We are the mothers of possibility, the daughters of resilience, the sisters of change.

We fuel economies, strengthen societies, and shape cultures.

Companies with more women in leadership outperform financially. Nations with greater gender equality experience stronger economic growth. Communities with empowered women are safer, healthier, and more educated.

Yet, despite leading, innovating, and driving progress, we still fight for space in a world not built for us.

We work longer hours in unpaid labor. We hold the emotional weight of workplaces and homes. We navigate systems designed without us in mind—yet we thrive anyway.

But thriving against the odds should not be our greatest achievement.

True equality isn’t about fitting into old structures—it’s about reshaping them to reflect, include, and uplift us.

And that requires more than just women pushing forward.

It demands that systems evolve, that workplaces shift from merely accommodating women to actively elevating them.

It calls for men to be allies, not just in words but in action—challenging bias, making space, and using their power to drive change.

Because when women rise, everyone benefits—economies grow, workplaces thrive, and societies flourish.

To the women reading - this year’s call is to accelerate action—not just in the big, visible ways. I encourage us all to also do it in the everyday choices we all make:

✨ In the boundaries we hold.
✨ In the apologies we stop making.
✨ In the women we uplift when no one is watching.
✨ In the times we take up space, ask for more, and demand better.

Because when women rise, the world doesn’t just improve—it transforms.

To the men, the leaders of systems, the decision makers - how will you help redesign the system, and truly empower the women in your sphere?

It was wonderful to be hosted by the Australian Ambassador to the UAE, Ridwaan Jadwat and his wife, the lovely Jessica Swann-Jadwat this week - in my capacity as a board member for the AusBG - Australian Business Group Abu Dhabi.

And it is always a pleasure to meet with our counterparts from the Australian Business Council Dubai!

We were able to discuss so many ways we can grow our support for the Australian 🇦🇺community and businesses in the UAE 🇦🇪.

The best part was the depth with which we shared our appreciation and passion for both our Australian 🇦🇺 connections as well as this beautiful country we call our second home, the UAE 🇦🇪.
