In fact, the only 2 solutions.

Option 1.
Accept it's never going to happen.
You're not going to have the time, the energy or the motivation. You're just flat out busy.

Accept you're never going to be happy with you're body,
Never have much confidence,
Never live up to your potential.

Accept your choice and be happy with it!
Because at the end of the day... that's the choice a lot of people are making right now.

Option 2.
Do what you can, Where you are right now, With what you can.

Figure out the HIGHEST Return-On-Investment micro changes you can make right now, and start there.

Because in truth... 90% of my clients never really make it past the "baby-steps" phase... but they regularly still manage to drop 7-10kg+

I'll let you in on a secret.

I don't really like the gym.

I cannot, for the life of me, relate to influencers, or even some of my friends who talk about wanting to spend hours in the gym and struggling to take a rest day...

I mean... Have you tried napping?... There's a TON of things I would rather do than go the gym.

But I committed and learned early in life that if you're willing to pay the price, for a bit longer than you want to - The rewards will be exponentially higher than you ever imagined.

And that s*** fires me up.
It's not as sexy as 30 day results... but it's can be literally life changing.

And that's why if you're reading this, falling into the category of bloke where you're not yet 'sold' on the gym. You haven't yet seen the dramatic, life changing results...

Then consider this your sign to stop, and accept the fact that it's completely okay to not feel motivation, dedicated or excited about your next gym session.

Now suck it up and go anyway.

Dairy is, and always will be anti-inflammatory. While there’s more to a balanced diet than fancy mechanism… don’t let someone shame you about having a latte because of its alleged "negative health effects”.

In fact, nutrition isn’t as complex or scary as the internet makes it seem.

You’d be amazing how extreme the range of safe, healthy and even delicious can be - When you actually experience for yourself the freedom that comes with understanding what matters FOR YOU to lose fat.

Which brings me to point number 5:

#5 Coffee does cool sh** to reduce inflammation!
Studies often use the equivalent of 2–5 cups of coffee(!)

Final Note;

10kg Fat Loss won’t happen by luck.
It won’t happen by cutting out coffee, drinking more kombucha or even swapping to a Keto/Intermittent Fasting Diet;

It happens by understanding your key Anabolic Triggers and Diet Thresholds.
