Racheleโs 15+ years of dance experience positions her uniquely to offer a fun, open-minded and inclusive environment in which to explore your own movement and work towards your potential. A deep love of fusion belly dance and related forms has cultivated within Rachele a strong connection with and understanding of her own body, and a sense of the true beauty in all bodies regardless of shape, colour, size and age. She is committed to offering experiences that help others to meet themselves where they are in their movement journeys and to support them in moving towards their personal goals. With a Barre Body Mat Pilates Instructor qualification, and many years of experience on the mat in her own practice, Rachele has an excellent understanding of the human body, of functional anatomy, and how to develop the strength and stability necessary to enjoy a lifetime of healthy movement.
