Radford College is on the lookout for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our basketball coaching team!

Required certifications:
- A current First Aid Certificate
- A valid Working with Vulnerable People card
- Community Coaching Essential Skills Certificate
Desired skills, traits, and qualifications:
- Highly developed knowledge and understanding of the sport
- Relevant coaching accreditations or a strong desire to obtain them
- Demonstrated success in planning and implementing age-appropriate training sessions and player management
- Proven experience in building relationships to influence and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including students, staff, and parents
- A willingness to learn school and coaching systems (E.g. Clipboard – the College’s extracurricular management system)
- An enthusiastic and energetic approach to coaching, with a readiness to grow and accept feedback through the sharing of best practices and professional experience
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent time management skills
- Commitment to the safeguarding and promotion of student well-being
- Dedication to upholding Radford College's values of truth, compassion, and wisdom
