A huge thank you to Wade Young, our U15 coach, for all his hard work and dedication today.

Not only does Wade put countless hours into coaching and supporting our players, but today he also went above and beyond by spending time whipper snipping the grounds to help keep our club looking its best.

Volunteers like Wade are the backbone of our club, and we truly appreciate everything he does behind the scenes.

What: This program teaches you about sprinting mechanics and agility techniques to become a faster and more efficient runner for sport while keeping the sessions fun.
