We are based on self defence and protection and are suitable for all ages and skill levels.

We are back officially on the 17/01/2023 Tuesday and start at 6.30pm and Thursdays at 5.30pm

Good morning all, I would like to say thank you to Plains Little Athletics for letting us come down and do a demonstration on Saturday in front of all those little athletes. We hope they all enjoyed it as much as we did. I would also like to thank everyone in heritage park branch that assisted with putting together and demonstrating what we do in Rhee taekwondo.

Last night was a great night students were stretching at the end and improving there flexibility. Rhee Taekwondo is a great way to get fit and develop a sound body and sound mind.

Varied techniques both physical and mental provide a solid base for self defense, discipline,
control, perseverance, integrity, courtesy and indomitable spirit, whilst building a strong sense of
humility and resolve
