Mental health check ins shouldn’t have to start when you are a teenager or adult. The check in sometimes starts at home and from our own kids that are never too young to gauge these conversations.

Domi our eldest son 12 years old, been brought up in a gym environment setting all his life and literally the baby REAP

Just over a month now since REAP Strength stopped operating In a facility. As parents we thought it would be good to get a brief insight on what he thinks and the impact it has had on him as a son and older sibling mentally, emotionally & physically.
