Get To Know Coach 🩵🩷

For the past few months, you might have noticed a familiar face on the floor doing a little more than just training… That’s Coach Jaz 🩵

And if you’ve had the pleasure of being coached by her, you already know exactly why we’re making this post 💯

Jaz didn’t walk into 6PBC as a coach. She walked in as a client. She sat in the same seat you might be sitting in right now, had the same doubts, the same fears, and the same deep desire to change her life 🙏🏾

Then she got to work… 30kg’s later, her transformation wasn’t just physical, it was a complete shift in how she saw herself, how she moved, how she ate, and how she showed up every single day 💪🏾

That’s what makes her different 💯

For the last few months Jaz has been doing the work on the floor. Getting to know new members, coaching them through their movements, and then sitting down with the to have real conversations about nutrition, habits and mindset 🧠

The kind of deep conversations that actually create change, and now she’s ready to teach others 🔥

6 Weeks. 1 Opponent. YOU‼️

This isn’t about beating anyone else in the room. It’s about showing up when it’s cold, when motivation is low, and doing the work anyway 💪🏾

We test in Week 1 (tomorrow), We retest Week 6. And everything that happens in between is where you show up, commit, & make gradual improvements (that means showing up to classes 👀) 💪🏾

Those who do this properly will definitely be Stronger, Fitter, Faster, More Energetic ⚡️

Oh, and don't be surprised if you drop 5-10kg by simply CHANGING your current food habits and following our Habit-Based Nutrition Plan provided 💪🏾

Mum loses 14.4kg of FAT in 8 weeks WITHOUT counting calories or tracking macros! 👀👊🏾

8 weeks ago this incredible mum decided to put herself first and back herself and today we are celebrating what that decision looks like

Here are her results 👇🏾

⬇️ 12KG of bodyweight gone
⬆️ 1.3KG of muscle gained
⬇️ 14.4KG of pure body fat lost
⬇️ 6.9% body fat dropped
⬆️ InBody Score jumped 18 points from 52 to 70

That’s not just weight loss. That’s a body RECOMPOSITION 🙌🏾

But here’s what fires me up even more than the numbers

Alisha is a mum. She made the most unselfish decision she could have made. She chose herself. And her family gets a better version of her every single day because of it 👏🏾

1️⃣ Identify your Top 5 Bad Habits with Sleep, Exercise & Nutrition

2️⃣ Swap them to the BETTER alternatives

3️⃣ Get someone to keep you accountable to those better alternatives (habits)

4️⃣ Don't stop 🛑

The number is just the beginning of Will’s story. What you don’t see on a scan is the quiet, consistent hard work he shows up with every single time he walks through our doors😮‍💨

No fuss. No ego. Just head down, doing the Mahi (work) 🙌🏾

We've had the privilege of walking alongside Will these last couple of months and watching him completely transform, not just his body, but his mindset🫡

He is in such a great place and it radiates😇 The people around him feel it.
