Reckon stress is holding back your health or weight management? Check out this chart breaking it down simply.

It shows how cortisol, our main stress hormone, ramps up the more brain-perceived stress we have from things like deadlines, family responsibilities and lack of sleep. High cortisol can lead to:

- Increased appetite & sweet/salty cravings
- More abdominal fat storage
- A slower metabolism

And it affects our sleep, creating a bit of a tricky cycle! But don't despair! By focusing on practical management strategies like regular exercise, eating well, getting quality sleep and finding ways to reduce stress, you can help lower your cortisol and manage your weight more effectively.

Building confidence in the gym is just as important as building strength, and it’s been great seeing everyone's progress. But the credit always comes back to our clients for showing up, learning, and being willing to back themselves.

💟 Retrieve the controller from the bottom Hyperice cabinet.

💟 Remove your shoes before putting on the boots.

⚡ Press the ON button.

💟 Select your:
• Pressure level
• Recovery zone(s)
• Session time

▶️ Press START.

🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️ Sit back, relax, and enjoy your recovery session.

Finished?

✨ Wipe down the boots with the sanitiser wipes provided.

Short answer: not really. 👀

Despite what social media might tell you, smashing a protein shake the second you finish training isn’t the magic key to gains. The research shows that your total daily protein intake matters far more than perfect timing.

✅ Hit your daily protein target
✅ Spread it across your meals
✅ Stay consistent with training
✅ Prioritise recovery and sleep

The so-called “anabolic window” isn’t as tiny as once believed - you’ve likely got a few hours before or after training to fuel up.

Bottom line: consistency beats perfection every time. Focus on the big picture, not the minute-by-minute details.
