During my adventures out there as a PT, I get asked a lot of questions on how to do this and that, I started writing down the good ones and thought I would start posting them up every Thursday.
So today I am starting out with.........How do you grow muscles?
*EXERCISE*
When you lift weights or do other resistance exercises, your muscles are put under stress. This stress creates tiny tears in the muscle fibers.
*REPAIR*
After you exercise, your body repairs these tiny tears. It uses special cells to fix the damage, making the muscle fibers bigger and stronger than before.
*NUTRITION*
Eating enough protein is crucial because protein provides the building blocks your muscles need to grow. Carbs and fats also help by giving your body energy and supporting overall health.
*REST*
Your muscles actually grow when you're resting, not when you're working out. Getting enough sleep and taking breaks between workouts are important to allow your muscles to recover and get bigger.
So, muscles grow because you challenge them with exercise, feed them with good nutrition, and give them time to rest and repair.
Achieve the results you want with my guidance and support. Let me know today to book in your free first session and get started towards a healthier STRONGER you...
