No more excuses for being Unfit, Unhealthy, Unhappy or Being a Physically Normal Average Dad.

I will be FIT, HEALTHY AND STRONGER MINDED and WILL NOT Allow the pain of my Back and the excuse or EXCESSIVE WEIGHT be the reason to give up.

I put a challenge to everyone here.

Get a deck of cards and shuflle them.

Diamonds = Push ups
Hearts = Squats (to 90 degrees)
Spade = Crunches
Clubs = Lunges (each card doubles eg 7 of clubs is 14 lunges, 7 each leg)

This was one of my PT smash sessions I used for my clients back in the day.

Time yourself. Lets see who can smash this out and be game of cards, the fitness sesions King/Queen

Shoulders and cardio

Hammer shoulder press - 20k - 15reps, 30kg - 12 reps, 35kg - 10 reps, 35kg - 5 reps

Lateral cables raises (Single arm) - 5kg - 15reps, 9kg - 12 reps, 10kg -10, 10kg - 8 (slaoppy last 2 on each arm)

Front Cable raises (Single arm) -9kg - 12reps

Left shoulder slight cramping (Means stop as I have had too many injuries. Slow and steady)
