My group fitness timetable (see previous post) kicks off tomorrow with strength and pilates.. all spots taken in those classes.. yay for me, not yay for anyone that was wanting to join in tho! Tues and thurdays bootcamps all are welcome and pilates on wed has 2 spots available 🙂

And oh my gosh check out my big boy on the rower when he was not so big 😍😍😍I can't believe he is growing up so fast 😢 time really is a trip hey 🤪
