🏆 THAT’S A WRAP ON THE 2026 SHINJU MATSURI OPEN 4’S! 🐉

What an incredible three days of bowls! From morning until night, 24 teams with 96 players taking to the rinks and battling it out for their share of a massive prize pool worth nearly $20,000, including rink wins paid throughout the weekend. 💰players from as far as Adelaide coming over to play in our little comp.

🥇 Champions - $6,000 (Keeping up with the Jones)
🥈 Runners-up – $3,000 (The Mounters)
🥉 Third place – $1,500 ( The Merry Men) and fourth place going to Hot Moves taking home $750

Congratulations to all our winners, including our Fairest & Best, Trish Stone from The Wessy Wanderers.

A huge thank you to every bowler who travelled, competed and helped make the tournament such a cracker! You are all winners and legends in our eyes!

Events like this don’t happen without the tireless work of our volunteers, committee members, bar staff, greenkeepers and supporters—and, of course, the generous businesses and sponsors who back our little club. We truly couldn’t do it without you. ❤️
