From Broome, our crew travelled thousands of kilometres to take on one of the biggest fitness challenges in the world and what a weekend it was! πŸ‘

Our community showed up, stepped outside their comfort zones and proved exactly what the North West is made of. Strength, determination, resilience and a whole lot of heart. 🫢

To every athlete representing Life & Soul HealthclubsοΏΌ, The Yard Gym and Squad 50… we could not be prouder. Whether it was your first HYROX, your fastest race yet or simply getting yourself across that finish line,YOU DID IT. πŸ‘ŠπŸ”₯

But HYROX is about so much more than race times and PBs.

It’s about the early mornings. The training sessions. The nerves before race day. The friendships formed along the way. The teammates who pushed each other through the hard moments and the supporters screaming from the sidelines.

Seeing our North West community come together in Perth was something pretty special.

Different ages. Different backgrounds. Different fitness journeys.

GENERATIONAL COMMUNITY 🫢🏽

We came across this photo from years ago and it got us thinking… πŸ€”

Generational community is a very real thing at Life & Soul.

What started as a group of members, friends and teammates has grown into something so much bigger and looking back at this photo, we realised just how many of these people are still part of our Life & Soul story today. 🫢

✨ 22 are still great friends and keep in touch with the Club
✨ 8 still work within our team
✨ 6 of their children have now been employed by Life & Soul
✨ 8 of their children train with us
✨ ALL of their children have spent time in our Little Soulers Creche
✨ 4 have moved away from Broome and still regularly tell us they wish there was a Life & Soul in their new hometown
✨ 2 have married and now have children of their own

And honestly… we’re sure there’s SO much more that we’ve missed. πŸ₯Ή

Because this isn’t just about a gym.

It’s about the friendships made between the walls.
The people who have watched each other grow.
The kids who grew up coming to the creche and are now old enough to train themselves.
The members who became teammates.
The teammates who became family.
The families who continue to bring the next generation through our doors.

That’s community.

And perhaps the greatest compliment of all is when people who have moved away still say, β€œI wish there was a Life & Soul where we live now.” πŸ₯Ή

This photo is a little snapshot of where we’ve come from, but the real magic is seeing how many of these connections have continued, evolved and grown.

One generation becomes the next.
And the Life & Soul community keeps growing. 🫢

What an incredible 2026 season for Harper! πŸ”₯

Harper has had an amazing year, finishing with 4 premierships, including representing the NW Rep Squad at the NWA Fuel to Go Association Championships in Perth, where they took out the title in their division. πŸ†

She also represented Broome at the NWC, claiming another premiership, earned 2 MVPs, celebrated 100 games, and was Talent Identified by Netball WA, securing a place in their 2026/27 Regional Academy Program. πŸ‘πŸΌ

To top it all off, Harper stepped up to U16s with both Djugun Flames and Bulls, finishing the season with another premiership with Bulls U16s! πŸ†

What a year for an incredible young athlete! We’re so proud to support you, Harper, and can’t wait to see what’s next. 🫢

What an incredible achievement for Roger!

Back in September 2025, Roger suffered a stroke and was flown from Broome to Perth by the incredible team at the Royal Flying Doctor Service WA. In those first few days, he couldn’t walk and didn’t know what the road ahead would look like.

Through determination, rehabilitation and countless kilometres of walking, Roger slowly found his feet again… and then set himself an incredible goal:
