Are you eating enough protein?!?! Probably not, as a general rule we should aim at eating between 1.6-2.2grams of protein per kg of bodyweight daily. Protein really has so many benefits, it is not just for bodybuilders!!!! As we age we naturally lose muscle mass which slows our metabolism which makes it’s harder to stay lean and strong. Protein helps combat this. Eat your protein and enjoy all the benefits!!!!

✨The scales only tell part of the story ✨
Your weight doesn’t reflect how strong you are, how much muscle you’ve built, or how lean you’ve become. Body composition- the ratio of muscle to fat can drastically change your appearance, even if the scale doesn’t budge.
Focus on how you feel, the progress you’re making in your workouts, and the overall changes in your body 💪
Remember - Weight is just a number!

Keeping it real! Angles are everything!!!! These pics are the same day (both unfiltered and unedited), yet in the 2nd photo I look at least 5kg heavier!!!! Remember people don’t post the bad photo with the bad angles, social media often only shows those good angles.

Be real and enjoy the moment, we all love the good angles but sometimes life is too much fun to worry about it! ❤️

Just enjoying the gym at the moment. No real goals set and no comps anytime soon, just enjoying training, feeling strong, and lifting heavier. Aiming for 5 days a week, but if I miss one (because let’s face it, life gets busy), I’m not beating myself up about it. Life balance and enjoyment are key 😊💪

Hi, I'm Dani, a proud 44-year-old mum to two amazing girls, Bayleigh (13) and Nyah (12), and wife to Scott. My journey into the fitness world began with my love for dance and a natural inclination towards an active lifestyle.

In 2017, I was inspired by a friend who competed in a bodybuilding competition. That spark ignited a fire within me, and I decided to dive into training myself. With the guidance of a coach, I embraced structured workouts and a personalised meal plan, leading me to compete in my first bodybuilding competition in May 2018. I was hooked from the moment I stepped on stage - the rush, the excitement, the sense of accomplishment - I loved it all!

Since then, I've competed numerous times and even earned two Pro cards along the way. But my passion for fitness didn't stop there. In 2023, I became a certified Personal Trainer, and I've recently added qualifications as a Nutrition Coach, Sports Nutrition Coach, and Health and Wellness Coach to my repertoire.

My mission is simple: to empower women like you to prioritise your health and well-being. I know firsthand the challenges of juggling family, work, and personal goals, often putting ourselves last on the list. That's why I'm here to provide personalised online training and nutrition guidance, tailored specifically to your needs.
