J-Train Outdoor Athletic Outdoor Athletic is our outdoor based training system. We have 6 sessions per week focussing on everything the serious training ju**ie needs.

If you want to be pushed to your limit, get a great workout in that is based largely off a majority of our Athletic Performance protocols, but love being outdoors, this is for you! Mon- Strength - Nolan Reserve - 6:30pm

Tues - Boxing - South Curl Curl - 6:15am

Wed - Strength - Nolan Reserve - 6:30pm

Thurs - Conditioning - Nolan Reserve -6:30pm

Friday - Endurance- Mystery Location - 6:15am

Saturday - X-Treme Conditioning -
Nolan Reserve - 7:45am
