Our club currently competes in the Gridiron NSW state league,.

The Nepean Ducks are an American Football Club based in Penrith
We offer both tackle and flag football programs
Tackle - Men’s 18+ and Colts 15-18

Flag - Women’s, men’s and juniors We currently field teams in all three levels of state competition, Colts (U20), Women (16+), and Men (18+). Nepean Ducks Gridiron provides the Greater Western Sydney region with the opportunity to experience American Football, with high-quality equipment, experienced coaching, and players.

This weekend September 5 & 6, our Ducks take the field at the Asia Pacific Championships, ready to test themselves against some of the best Flag Football talent in the region.

Two days. One squad. One goal.

2026. THE COLTS ARE BACK. 🦆🏈

The schedule is set and the 3-time defending Kookaburra Bowl Champions are ready to go again.

And we’re kicking things off with a big one. 👀

A Kookaburra Bowl rematch against the Wollongong Mustangs this time on our home turf at Gipps St Precinct.

From there, the road takes us across NSW before returning home for some huge matchups as the season builds.

Three championships in a row has built the standard.

Now a new Colts group gets their opportunity to add to it.

If you’re out and about, come down, grab yourself a sausage sizzle, say hello to the Ducks and help support our club as we continue to grow American Football and Flag Football in Western Sydney. 💚💛

Every snag helps support our players, teams and programs from our juniors right through to our senior squad.

🏆 CONGRATULATIONS HAYDEN SNELL – JULY JUNIOR SPORTS STAR! 🏆

Penrith Valley Sports Foundation is proud to announce Hayden Snell as our July Junior Sports Star!

At just 14, Hayden has achieved an incredible amount in flag football, including Players’ Player and Offensive Player of the Year with the Nepean Ducks Gridiron, captaining the NSW Under 15 Boys Team, and earning selection in the Australian Under 15 Boys Flag Football Team. 🇦🇺🏈

Hayden recently represented Australia at the Junior International Cup in Los Angeles, competing against some of the best young athletes from around the world.

👏 Congratulations Hayden on an outstanding achievement and a very exciting future ahead!

🦆 OUR 2026 FLAG JERSEY HAS ARRIVED. 🟢🟡

More than a jersey. A design with a story.

We’re proud to officially unveil the Nepean Ducks 2026 Flag Football jersey, featuring the incredible Indigenous artwork “Let It Flow” by Luke Penrith.

The design draws inspiration from the river as a source of life, connection and movement. A fitting story for a club built around community, culture and the people who continue to shape the Ducks.

We’re incredibly proud to carry Luke’s artwork onto the field this season and to see “Let It Flow” become part of the next chapter of Nepean Ducks history.

A jersey that represents where we come from, who we are, and the community we represent.

Now it’s time to wear it with pride. 🦆🏈
