Narongs Diamantina Dream will be bred to Lil Hollywood Jac (AQHA)

Narongs Diamantina Dream history remains a bit of a mystery to me, She may have been shown or competed, though official records are scarce. Even so, her pedigree speaks volumes — she is a granddaughter of Mega Dream, one of the most influential Appaloosa sires in Australia.

Lil Hollywood Jac needs little introduction to anyone familiar with the Crown K program. His achievements include being the 2012 Reining Australia National Open Futurity Champion, ARBC Cowhorse Drywork Reserve Champion, along with multiple placings across reining, ranch work, halter, and hunter in hand. His progeny continue to excel, as both National and State Champions throughout Australia.

This cross was carefully planned with the goal of producing the ultimate reining Appaloosa. With a wide range of exciting colour possibilities, I’m especially hoping for a c**t in 2027 — ideally a Dunskin Appaloosa or Black Appaloosa. This foal will also be the very first Appaloosa foal sired by Lil Hollywood Jac.

Mayhem Within will be bred to Jokers Roc N Return (AQHA)

Mayhem Within has consistently proven herself in the show ring, placing in the top three of halter classes since she was just four months old. At her very first ridden show, she earned Reserve High Point Western Ridden. While recent years have been a little inconsistent in the ring, she has continued to show quality and potential. In 2025, she was ridden by a green rider while still being a green broke horse herself, showing a willing and trainable nature. She has also been handled by a youth handler since birth and ridden by a youth rider from two years old onward.

Unfortunately, Jokers Roc N Return never had the opportunity to compete due to injury, however his pedigree speaks for itself. His sire, Return of the Joker, has an outstanding record as an all-round rodeo horse, successfully ridden by both youth and adult competitors.

Some of Return of the Joker achievements include:
* 2014 Reserve Champion Halter Stallion
* 2014 Reserve Champion Amateur Halter Stallion
* 2019 ABCRA WA Rope & Tie Horse of the Year
* 2024 Rope & Tie First Place Getter

This cross has been carefully planned with performance in mind, aiming to produce a naturally athletic and competitive future rodeo prospect. There are three possible base coat outcomes from this pairing, and I’m personally hoping for a bay c**t in 2027.

For the past couple of years, I’ve said I’d breed and then never followed through. It’s been the same cycle on repeat since 2023.

This year is different. In January, I purchased semen that must be used within the year, so I’ve effectively committed by forcing my own hand. More importantly, I’m genuinely proud of the stallion I’ve chosen.

Hollihocks Last Test will be bred to Stolen Identity (USA)

Hollihocks Last Test has consistently delivered strong results in the show ring, regularly placing in the top three against quality competition. She has competed successfully both at halter and under saddle as a Ledline horse, earning multiple compliments from judges. In 2026, she was also shown exclusively by a youth handler at the Western Australian State Championship Show.

Stolen Identity needs no introduction to the Appaloosa world, being a Reserve World Champion, a Multiple World Champion and Reserve World Champion Halter Sire, Reining champion and many more awards and merits.

This cross is designed with performance in mind, aiming to produce a naturally capable and competitive horse for the future. The foal will be genetically chestnut, and I’m hoping for a loud-coloured filly in 2027.
