As I conclude my true life/balance experiment, where I've split my days 50/50 between work and play, some reflections have emerged:

- Do not postpone experiences until retirement, seize them now. Regrets may arise from delaying adventures. ( I do wish I had done some of this exploring, cave, rock climbing and throwing myself of ledges into waterfalls back in my 30's!)

- Achieving work-life balance requires a 50/50 split between work and play. Strive to find equilibrium with the resources available to you.

- Realism in expectations is crucial. Allocate time for activities that enhance personal well-being and offer opportunities for growth and contribution.

- Avoid letting societal norms hinder innovation and self-exploration. Embrace your desires without constraints.
