Broadmeadows Basketball

Broadmeadows Basketball Home to over 3,500 people playing the great game of basketball in the City of Hume.

The BBA is home to a Junior Domestic competition that features 10 local clubs, as well as conducting Senior Domestic competition on Monday and Wednesday nights. During the week, their are several after school programs such as Aussie Hoops and Skill Sessions that enable school-aged children to learn and develop their game. Our Broadmeadows Broncos are the Junior Representative arm of our organisati

on, with teams that compete throughout the State in both the Victorian Junior Basketball League (VJBL). The Hume City Broncos are the Senior Representative program, who participate in the Big V competition during the Winter months. The Senior Women have been the most successful team ever, winning 6 titles (and making 7 grand finals in the last 10 years).

Congratulations to our U14.1 players, Bryce and Julian, on their selection to the 2026 Country Metro Challenge!!!

The event sees some of Victoria's top emerging basketball talent come together to compete, learn and take the next step in their basketball journey. With just 60 metro male athletes selected from across Victoria, this is a fantastic recognition of the hard work and commitment they've shown throughout their basketball journey.

Bryce and Julian will head to Bendigo later this month to compete with some of the best in the state. We're proud to see two Broncos represented.

One of the many highlights of Pink Round 💖

Jamie from Fox Mowing & Gardening and his son Archie loved catching up with their sponsored player Noah at Pink Round on Saturday night. From talking basketball to sharing a few laughs, it was great to see the connection between our players and the people who support them and the Club.

There are no words that truly capture how grateful we are for the support shown.

Together, we more than doubled our fundraising goal and raised vital funds for Breast Cancer Network Australia.

To our players, coaches, officials, volunteers, sponsors, families and supporters, thank you for making Pink Round what it was.
