Newcastle Parkour We are a parkour school located in Newcastle Australia. We teach the fundamentals of parkour and offer a range of classes for kids, teens and adults.

What is parkour? Parkour is the discipline of "reaching" or "escaping" by moving through your environment as quickly and efficiently as possible. We teach students how to jump, vault, climb, balance and apply these techniques in various environments.

What do we believe in?

Growing people - We provide an inclusive community with handpicked coaches and community leaders trained to support young

people in the formative years of their life. Safety - As with any physical activity, parkour does have a level of inherent risk. To minimise this our staff are trained to teach techniques in a graduated way prioritising safety first.
