We specialise in 1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions because they are by far the Safest and Most Effective way to exercise!! Receive total 1 on 1 attention for your entire workout (that's right just you and me, no small groups & no gym crowds). My personal training sessions are 50 Minutes in duration and include Functional Weight Training, Cardio Boxing. Weight training builds and tones the muscles while really helping to speed up the metabolism, so you burn fat for days after each session. Cardio Boxing helps tone the muscles of the whole upper body while tightening the waist line at the same time, and it sure does help burnt that dreaded body fat. (it is also an excellent outlet for built up tension and stress!!). Our 1 on 1 Personal Training System is tried and tested, and is by far the fastest way to get into shape, and/or the best way to push yourself to the next level and beyond......!! Dave Jacob
I’ve been passionately involved in the fitness industry now for over 15 years. Firstly as a national level competitive athlete and now as a highly successful personal trainer. I have helped 100's of people, male & female, young & old, to realise their health and fitness goals and beyond. I am committed to helping men, women, boys and girls to improve their health, increase their fitness and maximise their quality of life. Furthermore, I work extremely well with people who are looking to make big changes and who are prepared to do what is required to make this happen. My formal personal training education was conducted at the Fitness institute of Australia. There I learnt the safest and most effective strength and conditioning exercises. Then, combining this knowledge with over 15 years practical experience in the fitness industry, and in close consultation with exercise scientists and physiotherapists, I designed my 1 on 1 Personal Training System. As a result I am able to help all my clients safely achieve maximum (lasting long term) results in minimum time. I am fully registered as a fitness professional with Australia's governing body Fitness Australia. I firmly believe it is extremely important that today to be an elite level personal trainer you should not only possess a detailed knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology and have many years of achieving great results (both personally and for clients), but you should also have a highly motivating and inspirational effect on all your clients. Furthermore, I take great pride from all the amazing results many of my clients have achieved over the years, and I’m also extremely proud of the healthy lifestyle I lead and the level of fitness I’ve achieved through years of hard training and proper nutrition. As a consequence it gives me great satisfaction to see my achievements inspire and motivate each of my clients to reach their own individual health and fitness goals. I also pride myself on having the ability to bring out the best in all the people I train. So don't think you need to be an athlete to do personal training with me, most of my clients are everyday people who just want to be fitter, healthier and have more energy.
