🔴 THROUGH TO THE FOURTH ROUND! 🔴

Liverpool have beaten Tottenham 3–1 at Anfield to progress in the Carabao Cup! 💪

Alexis Mac Allister opened the scoring before Cody Gakpo doubled our lead. Spurs pulled one back, but Dominik Szoboszlai sealed the victory late on with a stunning strike! 🚀

📊 STATO JOE: Liverpool have now lost just one of their last 31 meetings with Tottenham at Anfield in all competitions - recording 19 wins, 11 draws and one defeat in that run.

Overall, Spurs have won only eight of Liverpool’s 94 home meetings. 🔥

Another step towards Wembley.

🇦🇺 12 QUEENSLAND REDS. THREE ROWS. RIGHT IN THE KOP. 🔴

This morning, 12 OLSC Queensland members were together in rows 9, 10 and 11 of the Kop at Anfield. What an incredible experience to be able to help make possible for our members!

To put that into perspective, it was 12 years after my first game before I had the chance to stand on the Kop. These were very lucky Queensland Reds!

We’re sure they all had a wonderful time, despite the frustrating result. Here are some of the photos they sent us from their day. 📸

We take on Fulham at Anfield in our first traditional Saturday afternoon 3pm kick-off of the season, which means midnight here in Queensland! ⚽

The gaffer will be looking to build on his first Anfield win as Liverpool boss with another victory in quick succession. 💪

📊 STATTO JOE: Thirty-three years ago, an 18-year-old Robbie Fowler scored on his Liverpool debut as the Reds beat Fulham 3-1 in the League Cup second round at Craven Cottage. In the return leg at Anfield, he scored ALL FIVE goals as Liverpool completed an 8-1 aggregate victory! 🤯

And 40 years ago this month, again in the League Cup, Liverpool recorded their biggest-ever domestic victory: a 10-0 demolition of Fulham at Anfield. 🔥

🌅 MATCHDAY! ⚽🔴

Tomorrow morning, under the lights at Anfield (but under the spring dawn sunshine in our living rooms☀️), we kick off our 26/27 Champions League campaign against Atlético Madrid. Feels like we play one of the Madrid lot more than we play the Blues 😅

📊 STATTO JOE:
None of the Reds’ last 81 Champions League group stage/league phase games have finished 0-0, since a goalless draw at PSV in 2006. 👀

Iraola’s men will be looking to build on a promising start to the season as the manager takes charge of his first Champions League game. 🔴 👨‍💼

Bradley Barcola could also make his full Liverpool debut, Anfield debut and Champions League debut for the Reds on the same night. A hat-trick of debuts, if you will! ⚽⚽⚽
